-.Supervise that the receptionist answering the company incoming calls according to the company policies and producers. .Check that the reception area, meeting-rooms are clean and neat. .Check all international calls are logged and updated on a daily basis. .Check that all incoming faxes are distributed to the relevant departments. .Assistant for other department (if needed because of load of work)

-Qualifications .University degree. .Good written and verbal English language. .Ability to work under pressure. .Computer literature (office under windows) Excel & Word. .Good appearance. .Good communication skills.
